Working with Red Loft, I created the branding and marketing materials for several shared ownership housing developments. The challenge was to create distinctive identities that elevated the perceived quality of each development, helping prospective buyers feel they were investing in a desirable home rather than simply purchasing affordable housing. Each project was then applied across digital brochures, email campaigns, stylised floorplans, maps and photography.
A collection of 1, 2 & 3-bedroom shared ownership apartments in Barking, inspired by the area’s oyster fishing heritage and waterfront regeneration.

A boutique collection of 4-bedroom shared ownership mews townhouses in Northolt, offering the rare opportunity to own a family home with a private balcony through shared ownership.
